Malkin questionable tonight with knee bruise

Evgeni Malkin is questionable for tonights Penguins and Hurricanes games with an apparent knee bruise. According to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, he was injured after being pinned to the boards. There appears to be no ligament damage and he will test the knee during the pregame skate. 

The Pens announcers last night kept saying Malkin was not on the ice after he served a penalty for too many men on the ice, but he did play one shift. He went behind the Flyers net to retrieve a puck and was hip checked against the boards. This must have been the play in question. Hopefully it is nothing more than a bruise and we will see him in the lineup tonight.
